Genetics also affects the age at which you begin to lose hair, the rate of hair loss and the range of baldness. Pattern baldness is most common in men and can begin as early as adolescence.
There are many factors of Hair loss like Hormonal changes and imbalances of diet is the reason for hair loss. This could be due to Childbirth, Pregnancy or Steroids. Hormone levels are also affected by the thyroid gland, so thyroid problems may cause hair fall.
We know that Hair is made of protein if we are getting hair fall there might be a chance of your poor diet. We know that there are several factors of hair fall but this is one of them. If your diet is unhealthy or less of protein then you should change of diet plan or work on it.
