So that means we can avoid one of them, in my case I really like spicy things and not like sugar a lot. I abandoned sugar in my diet and get some quick result.
5 Create a Timeline
Always set diet plans for the week after that change the diet plan. As we all know that we get bored so easily. Change diet every week that will give you quick results. Always ready to plan for next week like healthy diet with friends or sports activities.
4 Thanks Yourself
Whenever you achieve something and do good behavior, reward yourself with your favorite food that doesn’t mean you can eat 1 kg sweets. Allow yourself a small portion of your favorite food and follow back to your diet routines.
3 Trick Your Brain
We all know that overeating is the main reason of weight gain. If I say we should change the way of eating, in the life rush we never notice that we are eating in the proper manner or we just ingest the food. Make at least 32 chew on the single bite of anything you eat that way to trick your brain and avoid overeating.
2 Forget Mistakes & Go Ahead
Don’t give up, when you did a mistake, its ok we are a human being, its normal happen with everyone that doesn’t mean to give up. Admit your mistake and write it on the note book and draw a red cross on it that will help you to get over it.
